It offers digital self-assessments, guided audio sessions, educational content, and optional consultations with qualified experts. Sumona - Beyond Wellbeing is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or emergency care.

If you are in crisis or feel unsafe, contact your local helpline or emergency services immediately.

Our app is designed to be inclusive and safe for users of all age groups. Different interfaces and access guidelines apply based on age:

1. Parental Use (Ages 5–12): For children between 5 and 10 years old, the app should be accessed and managed by parents or legal guardians on behalf of the child.
2. Teen Use (Ages 13–17): Teen users may access the app with the knowledge and consent of their parent or legal guardian.
3. Adult Use (18+): Adults can access and use the app independently.

Accuracy of Information: By using this application, you confirm that all information provided by you (or on behalf of a minor) is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge and understanding.

2. Account Registration and Security

1. You need to create an account using an email address or phone number.
2. You are responsible for keeping the login credentials secure and for all activity on your account.
3. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security breach.
4. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Expert Consultations

Experts are qualified professionals affiliated with or approved by Sumona - Beyond Well Being. Sessions are confidential, educational, and not medical diagnoses. Recording or redistributing sessions without consent is prohibited.

4. Health Disclaimer

The App provides educational content only. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent medical disorders. If you experience severe distress, suicidal thoughts, or other emergencies, seek immediate professional help or contact local emergency numbers.

5. Third-Party Services

We may rely on third-party service providers (cloud storage, analytics, payment processors).

All are contractually bound to confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

6. Updates to Terms and Policy

We may update these Terms or this Policy when laws or features change.

You will be informed through email or in-app notice.

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

7. Legal Basis and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India, after mandatory mediation or arbitration.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sumona - Beyond Wellbeing shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from use of the App.Our total liability will not exceed the fees paid by the user during the preceding twelve months. We are not responsible for disruptions caused by external events beyond our control.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or misuse of the App. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends, and data will be deleted according to the retention policy.

10. Force Majeure

Sumona - Beyond Wellbeing shall not be liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, network outages, or governmental restrictions.
