He played a key role in establishing O.P. Jindal Global University in 2009, and spent 14 years as a Scientist with the Ministry of Human Resource Development and the Sports Authority of India, where he led biofeedback training and performance psychology work with elite athletes. That is what Sumona is built on. He has trained over two lakh educators and professionals across 50+ countries, published 21 books, and supervised 38 PhD scholars. He currently serves as President of the Community Psychology Association of India and is a member of the UN liaison committee of the World Society of Victimology.
