Bhavya Chhabra is currently a Doctoral Candidate at the Faculty of Education and Psychology at Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE) in Budapest, Hungary. She specializes in behavioural addictions, specifically exercise addiction within the realm of sports psychology. Her work also focuses on athletes’ performance enhancement, psychological skills training, and she skilfully integrates these insights into her sports psychology lectures. Ms. Chhabra’s research in sports psychology has earned her accolades and invitations to present at conferences across Europe. She has numerous publications in Quartile 1 high-impact factor peer-reviewed journals, significantly contributing to the scientific literature.
Previously a Lecturer at O.P. Jindal Global University, India, Bhavya holds a Master of Science in Mental Health Studies from King’s College London, where she received a Gold Award for her volunteer services. She has also worked with differently-abled individuals at the South London and Maudsley Hospital, NHS, England.
Bhavya has taught subjects like Mental Hygiene, Personality Psychology, and Sports Psychology across various universities. Reva Kalra is a Psychologist, Educator, and Trainee Creative Movement Facilitator with an M.Sc. in Counselling Psychology. With more than five years of experience, she has worked across schools, NGOs, healthcare institutions, and community projects, blending counselling and performance enhancement to promote holistic well-being.
At Sumona, Reva has been associated since its foundation and currently serves as Team Lead & Psychologist. She has played a key role in shaping Sumona into a platform that integrates three major verticals: Performance Excellence, Behavioural Sciences, and Computational Expertise.
She has served as a Trainee Counsellor at various institutions, taking individual and group sessions for individuals. She has worked with The Movement India, leading mental health workshops, courses, and summer programs for Afghan refugees and children from shelter homes.
Her community involvement extends to her role as Joint Secretary of the Community Psychology Association of India, where she manages administration, member communication, research, and strategic planning. She has interned at Moolchand Healthcare, where she assisted with clinical cases and supported an AI chatbot project developed with the UN.

Prerna is trained as a dance movement therapist and a practicing psychologist from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences. Her therapeutic inclinations lean towards creative arts and risk assessments. She believes an eclectic approach to behavior modification works best for enhancing performance.

Kaarthik has played various State and National level Tennis Tournaments across the North and South Zone. Before taking tennis professionally he was also a state-level Karateka, swimming and cricket enthusiast.
He has a passion for understanding the complex interplay between the mind and the body and wishes to explore the psychological, social and cultural factors affecting athlete performance. He is currently writing a thesis project on ideas of Health and Well-being among athletes within High Performance Cultures.
